Pastor Bill Schneider | Senior Pastor

Bill Schneider was saved at the age of 21 on Ft. Lauderdale beach during spring break. He soon joined Calvary Baptist Church of Ft. Lauderdale and was called to preach 2 years after his salvation. He attended Baptist University of America and graduated in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science in Bible and Pastoral Studies. After graduation, he returned to his home church to serve on the staff there.
In 1988 Brother Schneider married his wife, Terri, who he had met at college. She has been a wonderful and faithful partner in ministry. They have 2 children, Michael (21) and Bethany (20).
After 15 years serving at Calvary Baptist, God called Brother Schneider to pastor Maranatha Baptist Church in Dothan, AL. The Schneiders served there for 9 years before being called to Fellowship. Pastor Schneider has served as the Senior Pastor at Fellowship since January 2011.

Pastor Chuck Conrad | Associate Pastor

Charles Christian Conrad (Pastor Chuck), Associate Pastor and Youth Director of Fellowship Baptist Church since September of 2005.  Pastor Chuck and his wife Theresa have been married since 1997.  They have four children; Andrew (13), Abigail (11), Lydia (9) and Hannah (3).  They live in Waldorf Maryland and grew up in Prince George’s county.
Pastor Chuck attended Thiel College in Greenville PA from 1993-1997 and received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business.  After graduation he worked for the Department of Education for seven years until he accepted the call to full time Christian service in 2005.  He came to Fellowship Baptist Church in May of 2000 and began working with the teens shortly thereafter.  Pastor Chuck became the Youth Director in 2002.  He received his Master of Arts in Religion degree with a concentration in Church Ministries from Liberty University’s distance learning program in 2010.
Pastor Chuck and his family currently live in Waldorf Maryland but has lived near the church his whole life.  He enjoys good clean fun with adults and teens alike.  He also loves playing and watching most sports and has run in four sprint triathlons.  He enjoys helping others and loves his Savior Jesus Christ.

Christopher Apperson | Executive pastor

Christopher Apperson has been on staff at Fellowship Baptist Church since June of 2011. He and his wife Rosie have been married since 2003, and they have three children. They joined Fellowship Baptist Church in the early spring of 2005 and have been actively involved in the ministries of the church since then. Christopher grew up in Fort Washington, MD. He was saved at age five in a Christian school chapel service. Many ministries have impacted his life through the years, but none as significantly as Fellowship Baptist Church. It was here that he followed the Lord in believer's baptism in 2005 soon after joining the church.
Christopher attended Messiah College in Grantham, PA and studied Theatre. He enjoys bringing his knowledge of theatre production to several productions at Fellowship Baptist Church throughout the year. Other ministries that Christopher enjoys at church are teaching the Foundations Life Group, leading the Audio Visual Ministry, and providing administrative leadership to the church.
